LEGAL UPDATES
» On March 27, the administration notified the court that it had reinstated all RIFed employees from ASPEâs Division of Data and Technical Analysis and FDAâs Center for Tobacco Products. ACFâs Office of Head Start and four CDC units remain on administrative leave. Ten days later, Judge DuBose DENIED the governmentâs motion to dismiss the case. This week's legal update includes information on the NY v. Kennedy case and other lawsuits challenging the government-wide RIFs, applying for positions via RPL or CTAP, MSPB consolidations headed toward discovery, and the class action appeal and lawsuits for fired probies.
