Join federal employees, researchers, healthcare providers, advocates, and allies as we speak out against attacks on science. We'll be waving signs and speaking out from 10:30 to 11:30 on Saturday, August 16th, at the intersection of 10th St and Peachtree St in Atlanta. We're demanding a return to well-funded, scientifically sound research and public health programming that is free from political interference.
The event is sponsored by: Fired But Fighting, Stand Up for Science, Science for GA, CDC Alumni & Friends, Indivisible Georgia Coalition, STAND, 50501.
Note: This event is taking place before the start of the International Society of Exposure Science (ISES) and the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology's (ISEE) annual meeting. We welcome conference participants to join us if they can, but this rally is not an official part of the meeting's program or sponsored by either society.
